I went grocery shopping today at HEB. I have never been to one of these. It was a pretty nice store. They had an awesome deal where if you bought a value pack of fajita meat (chicken, pork, or beef), you got a bunch of stuff for free. I got a bag of salad, a 2 liter soft drink, grande flour tortillas, smoked sausage links, a package of shredded cheese, and a can of beans all FREE! I also bought some other items as you can see. I spent around $17 dollars (the meat alone was $10) . Of course I used some coupons, however after checking out I realized that they did not double or triple any of them (Bummer). I still did good though :)

oh i miss heb i used to love that store when we were living in south texas!!!
HEB does not double coupons and their non -sale prices can be high. But the buy one item get a bunch free deals are good!!! I usually buy the smallest cheapest package of meat that will get the free items. Their produce is also excellent.
